Thanks to the application of the special filtering nonwoven material our dust bags adapt easily to the shape of the vacuum cleaner’s container, which enables making the most of its capacity. After turning a vacuum cleaner off the dust bag settles due to its elasticity – fine dust settles on the bottom, and when a vacuum cleaner is turned on again its thrust is still high. Our dust bag’s capacity can be used in 100 , whereas  ordinary paper dust bags lose their suction power when only partly filled. Therefore these dust bags can work 2-3 times longer than ordinary paper dust bags.

We are always working hard to ensure your package arrives as soon as possible. Please understand that some factors like weather, high postal traffic, and the performance of shipping companies are outside of our control.   Our carriers apply a surcharge to certain UK Islands, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Islands, unfortunately we have to pass this charge on to our customers. Whilst we do not want to pass on surcharges to our customers we are unable to absorb the full cost of sending to these locations. When you place an order with us, we like to make sure our delivery charges are plain and simple to understand. It may seem like a heavy read but it will answer all your delivery enquires.
We send our orders from our warehouse via Royal Mail or DPD, subject to stock availability and security checks. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order. 
Any parcel being delivered by DPD courier will require a signature on arrival. If you are not at home the driver will leave an information card.
You can track the progress of your parcel on either DPD or Royal Mail website.
We accept payment by PayPal only (Can accept all kind of credit cards). Please pay as soon as possible after winning an auction, as that will allow us to post your item to you sooner. Before buying, please make sure your delivery address is correct. If not, please correct it before payment. We can only deliver to the address given at the checkout.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
