VERSATILE CUTTING RANGE: The cutting capacities of this glass cutter range from 2mm to 8mm - making it perfect for use on various materials such as float glass, mirror and stained glass. It is well suited for use in a variety of environments including glazing and craft workshops. The versatility of the cutting wheel also makes it suitable for scoring ceramic wall and floor tiles.
CONTROLLED OIL FEED: The cutting fluid is effectively controlled by a spring-loaded block that houses a corrosion-resistant chrome plated head. This allows the flow of lubricant to be managed by the user simply by applying downward pressure while cutting - in turn the cutting fluid is released to lubricate the score line.
ULTRA-TOUGH CUTTING WHEEL: Fitted with a tungsten-carbide cutting wheel, this glass cutter features one of the hardest materials on earth. This hardy metal gives the cutter a high level of wear-resistance and superior durability, helping the user achieve cleaner score lines over its long working life.
DURABLE MATERIALS: Measuring 182mm in length (7 inches) the handle includes a finger grip made from rustproof brass. Both the grip and alloy body are engineered with anti-slip knurling for a better hold. While the tapered handle has an internal oil reservoir that is sealed by a brass end cap to keep the fluid from pouring out.
SUPPLIED WITH: The glass cutter is supplied with a filling pipette to enable the user to quickly and easily fill the tool with a glass cutting fluid (sold separately). Collectively, the cutter and fluid will deliver unrestricted wheel action, soft precise breaks and an extended cutting wheel life.
