Vintage J.Brodie 281.Hornsey Road, North London 12 inch blade steel tenon saw.
With nice brass fixings. Some surface rust but very nice condition. Looks like
J.Durrant or similar imprinted on handle both sides. From what I can understand
is that they were London dealers in late 19th, early 20th century. Was obtained
from a railway mans shed but was used by his father who was distinguished
cabinet maker. We even have a letter from Arthur Negus complimenting him on his
late father's cabinet work.
