Returns: I make every effort to describe items accurately, but I am human and unintentional errors can happen.  Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions. This item is from a smoke free home. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping.  You must make me aware of the return within 3 days of receiving the item for return instructions. All items must be returned in the same condition they were received (example: if item is new with tags, item must have tags attached when returned).  Please examine each photo carefully, read the description, and ask any questions you may have before bidding or purchasing.
International bidders: please be advised that I cannot be held responsible for shipping delays and / or duties, fees, or taxes imposed due to customs. It is your responsibility to confirm / verify these charges with your local customs prior to bidding.  Delivery confirmation is not available from the post office for international shipments via First Class Mail.
Shipping & Payment: I make every effort to ship your item within 48 hours of cleared payment. Payment is expected within 3 days of auction close unless you have contacted me to make other arrangements. Due to the heavy increase in nonpayment, an unpaid item claim will be filed if payment is not received within 4 days. Whenever possible, I will combine shipping, so don't forget to check out my other listings. Domestic shipping prices include delivery confirmation.
Generally, Priority or First Class mail is used however, if the package size is too large to send by these methods without a surcharge, the shipping method that has the cost closest to what is quoted will be used.  If a different method is selected, I will notify you of the change.
I pack my items very well and cannot be held responsible for items damaged in transit.  Please note that UPS may be the only shipping option offered (at my discretion) for very fragile items.  This shipping method includes $100 of insurance coverage.
Combined Shipping: If you are purchasing more than one item, please wait for the combined invoice before making payment.  I can also provide a quote for combined shipping at any time, just email me.
