All of our products are stocked in the UK and will be dispatched same day if bought before cut off time - 3:30 p.m. or next working day if bought after cut off. We are working hard with couriers to extend cut off time for an later one, please keep an eye on it.
We post Worldwide using eBay Global Shipping Program, all time and postage prices will be confirmed at the checkout.
I have not received my item? If the delivery time has past please contact us here, occasionally items are delayed or lost in the post. After confirming the item has been lost we will rearrange a re-delivery or another resolution depending on the buyers preferences.

You can make a new purchase of the correct items anytime or you may wait until we have refunded you for the cost of the original goods. The Postage charge will not be refunded.

We will rearrange the delivery of the correct items as soon as possible or provide another solution if the buyer prefers. Items may be lost or delayed in the post, UK orders not received after 2 weeks of payment will be deemed "lost in post" and 3 weeks for International orders. Cancellations Orders may be cancelled up until the goods have been dispatched, we use automated shipping program and we can't guarantee item will be cancel if you only send us an e-mail.
